Peptide
Research log
Print blank log sheets, read the field guide, open peptide-specific logs, or sign in for stats, filters, UUID references, and JSON/CSV backup.
Research & educational use only
For laboratory and educational research only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. This is not medical advice. Always follow applicable laws and consult qualified professionals.
The calculator performs unit math for research reference. It must not be used to plan or guide dosing in humans or animals. Verify all figures independently in your lab protocol.
How to use this log
Two ways to keep research records — paper sheets for the bench, digital log for search and backup.
Paper log (print)
- Print a blank sheet with an example row showing column layout.
- Record date, dose, vial size, diluent, lot/batch, tags, and notes by hand.
- Use peptide-specific logs to hide the peptide column when only one compound is tracked.
Digital log (sign in)
- After saving or updating an entry, a success banner offers View row, Edit, and copy UUID; the row is highlighted in history.
- Warns before saving a near-duplicate entry (same peptide, dose, and time within 15 minutes) — View or Edit the existing row, or save anyway.
- Large histories load in pages — show more within loaded rows, load the next page from the server, or load all history for full stats and ref search.
- Filter by peptide, tag, date range, or search notes and UUID; use quick date chips for last 7/30 days or this month.
- Recent peptide chips in history toggle the peptide filter; quick tag chips do the same for tags; recent lot chips search by batch ID.
- New-entry form auto-saves a draft in your browser (separate draft per all-peptide vs peptide-specific log).
- Print a filled table with 8-character ref codes and scannable QR links back to the digital log.
- Scan a print QR or paste the ref code in Search to jump to the matching entry — View row, Edit, or Clear ref from the match banner.
- Dose-over-time bar chart with min/max/avg summary, 15/30/60 entry window (saved in your browser), and filter-aware subtitles.
- Peptide-specific logs include tracking fields (weight, skin tone, pain scales, etc.) and a line-chart trend view when you have saved tracking values — switch metrics with field tabs; respects active filters. Enable Carry forward tracking (saved per peptide log in your browser) to auto-fill all tracking fields from your most recent entry; otherwise fields start empty. Repeat last copies the full previous row. Weight can be entered or viewed in kg or lb — stored canonically in kg. Tap the ? beside each tracking label for neutral field education and links to related library clusters. Melanotan logs (skin tone + tan depth) include a Progress reference button with static Fitzpatrick-style swatches and tan-depth labels — education only, not medical advice.
- Download log entries as PDF from Export & import — same ref codes, QR columns, and tracking as print.
- Peptide detail pages offer a library reference PDF (compound facts); your logged entries export separately from the digital log with ref/QR columns.
- Import JSON or CSV to restore or merge from another device — preview rows before saving.
- After import, a summary card shows added/skipped counts plus parse warnings and per-row save errors.
- Email draft opens your mail app with a text export (truncated when very large).
Field reference
- Dose (mcg)
- Amount in micrograms for that administration event.
- Vial / diluent / lot
- Optional fields matching the paper log — vial strength (mg), diluent volume (mL), and lot or batch ID.
- Tags
- Comma-separated labels, or use preset chips (reconstitution, batch record, protocol phase, etc.).
- UUID
- Stable reference for cross-linking paper and digital records.
- Peptide-specific log
- Locks the form to one library peptide and filters history automatically.
- Protocol planner
- Build a multi-peptide schedule with dates, phases, and notes — export JSON or ICS. Plans auto-save in your browser (global stack on the all-peptide log; separate plan per peptide page).
- Polish
- Timestamps use your local timezone; Ctrl+Enter saves the form; Esc cancels edit from anywhere while a row is open; copy UUID from history rows. Filter and sort state sync to the URL — copy a filter link to share or bookmark a view. Active filters show as removable chips; click tags, peptides, or recent days in the overview to drill into history. Check rows for bulk tag changes or delete; exports and print use checked rows when any are selected. When filters hide checked rows, bulk actions apply to visible matches only — keep visible or clear hidden selection; scope notices dismiss on Esc or Dismiss. Export, print, and email use visible checked rows only when selection spans hidden entries. Error and bulk-action status banners can be dismissed with the Dismiss button or Esc. History rows highlight while editing, clamp long notes with show more, offer copy row for clipboard, and open on double-click. Click row tags or Filter to drill into history; click lot text in recon lines to search by batch ID. editing shows a summary banner with view-row and cancel actions. Filtered empty states show active chips and a load-all hint when history is partial. Unsaved new-entry drafts auto-save in your browser; restored-draft notices dismiss on Esc or Dismiss (keeps form content) — use Discard draft to clear fields. Vial/diluent/dose show an educational recon reference line. Press ? for keyboard shortcuts (/ search, n new entry, h history, a select all visible, x clear filters, Esc dismiss shortcuts, delete confirms, status banners, save banner, duplicate hints, draft notice, bulk scope notices, ref match banner, or selection). New saves scroll to and highlight the row in history (green ring); updates use a sky ring. Duplicate warnings scroll to the matching row and offer view or edit actions — press Esc to dismiss. Inline duplicate hints while typing dismiss on Esc too; ref match banners clear on Esc as well.
- Cross-peptide compare
- On the all-peptide log, pick 2–3 compounds to compare entry counts and intervals. Selection persists in your browser; load full history for complete counts when logs are large.
- Detail pages
- Signed-in users see the last three log entries on each peptide detail page — with ref codes, copy buttons, and links back to the digital log.
- Context card
- Peptide-specific pages show half-life, diluent type, and stability phases from the library.
- Tracking fields
- Optional peptide-specific measurements (weight, appetite, skin tone, pain scales, etc.). Each field label has a ? tooltip with neutral research context — not dosing or medical advice. Tooltips may link to a related cluster page or the peptide library entry. Melanotan logs with skin tone and tan depth show a Progress reference modal (Fitzpatrick-style swatches and 1–5 tan labels).
Tracking field reference
- Weight — Body weight for longitudinal metabolic research notes. Commonly logged alongside incretin or GH-axis compounds — compare trends over time, not single readings. Cluster
- Appetite — Subjective appetite scale for satiety research diaries. Useful when documenting incretin-pathway or metabolic peptide studies. Cluster
- Hunger — Hunger intensity between meals — often paired with metabolic fragments or GH secretagogues in research logs. Cluster
- Skin tone — Self-reported skin tone category (Fitzpatrick-style buckets) for pigmentation research logs — not a diagnosis. Cluster
- Tan depth — Subjective tan depth during melanocortin research notes. Track relative change from your own baseline entries. Cluster
- Skin quality — Skin texture or quality rating for cosmetic peptide research diaries (collagen-signaling, copper peptides, etc.). Cluster
- Pain — Pain severity scale for tissue-recovery research logs. Document how you felt that day — not treatment guidance. Cluster
